Laura Scales || Recruiter
Laura Scales has more than 10 years experience in public affairs and public relations. She joined Health Advocacy Strategies in 2007 after a three-year hiatus from the working world during which she doted on her little ones. As Recruiter at H.A.S., Laura interviews and recruits patients into advocate networks. She spends her time understanding each advocate’s experiences and capturing them in writing.
Before joining Health Advocacy Strategies, Laura worked for public affairs firms in Seattle and Chicago where she developed and wrote outreach, communication and media strategies and implemented them for a number of clients in government, non-profit, transportation, tourism and retail fields.
